Question: When I want urinate, I experience strong pain in both of my shoulders radiating down to mid forearms. I presently have a UTI. I have not been to my Family MD yet for a UA. I plan to call his office tomorrow. Each time for the past 5 years I have known that I had a UTI because of the strong burning pain that radiates from the center between my breasts and up to my shoulders down my arms to my forearms. It lasts only as long as urination occurs, but tonight it remains for the last hour. My Urologist said these sx are experienced by a small group of people in the US but, didn't know why. I am an insulin dependent Diabetic. I only became one in the last 4 years. I have had Diabetes Type II for 30 Years. I also have 5 stents in my heart for ASHD. I have been stable for 3 1/2 years. The fact that the mild pain remains in the center of my chest, concerns me. If it remains and increases, I will go to the ER. I hope you can answer my question. Thanks
