Brief Answer:
get internist opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
Breathlessness on climbing stairs can be due to heart problems, lungs problems, any generalized illness of body or due to deconditioning.
Out of these results, she has low vitamin D and low iron levels which need replacement. Her triglycerides are high but do not require any medication. She should have a diet not totally relying on carbohydrates. She should maintain ideal body weight. She should start exercising once the issue of breathlessness is sorted out.
She has high CRP levels but this is yet to be established as a standard risk marker and do not have definite remedial measures. Hence best approach is to concentrate on standard cardiovascular risk factors.
All these blood tests do not point to any definite cause for breathlessness, although low iron and vitamin D may be contributory. I would suggest a detailed history and clinical examination by a good medical specialist and then further testing.
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
