Question: my symptoms are shortness of breath, tightness in chest, coughing, fatigue, anxiety, no energy I am 26 yrs. old. i thought in good health. I went to the doctor and took a EKG the nurse called me later in the week and said that I had a viral infection in my heart. What does this mean?
