Brief Answer:
Probably post-micturition fainting

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the only linking between urination and weakness is the post-micturition syncope, which means that after empyting a full bladder (particulary at night after a deep sleep) the blood pressure may drop suddenly and cause fainting symptoms like weakness, cold sweating etc and even syncope. If the aforementioned description fits your case then you've got the answer you were looking for. Otherwise there is no linking between your symptoms and urination.

In order to prevent the micturition syncope you'd better get up from bed slowly (try sitting for a while and then get up), sit while you urinate, avoid alcohol which may worsen this condition, review your medication with your doctor because some of them may cause (particularly antihypertensive medication) may worsen your symptoms.

I hope I've helped!
