Brief Answer:
Please provide more information for better assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
Welcome to health care magic, I really appreciate your concern.

Tightness in chest and shortness of breath at your age warrants detailed evaluation so I will be requiring further information for better assessment of the condition like

What all medicines you were given last time?
Have you ever had similar complaints in the remote past( before your earlier episode two weeks back)
Are you allergic or have history of asthma?
Please upload me all your current reports?

I would advise you for EKG, X-ray chest, pulmonary function test and echocardiography if need be.

Bronchodilator like terbutaline or asthalin MDI is advisable in case of emergency or serious attack of breathlessness.

Deep breathing exercises and steam inhalation will definitely help you for long term benefits.

Hope you will find my answer informative and useful, please feel free to ask for follow up question, I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes
