Brief Answer:
Advised to get tested for tuberculosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Having shortness of breath and fever are indicating possible upper respiratory infection:
- common viral infection
- tuberculosis

It is necessary to run further tests to exclude TB:
- chest X-ray
- full blood work
- tb blood tests
- culture of sputum

especially if you are also having:
- cough
- night sweats
- weight loss

With regards to nose bleed, it might be related to:
- trauma/injury
- lack of vitamin C (very common among young people)
- frequent use of nasal drops/spray
- inhalation of illicit drugs.

Proper examination by ENT specialist is needed and testing for blood coagulation problems are also advised.

Hope it helped! Wish fast recovery! Do let me know if I can assist you further!
