Brief Answer:
Probably TIA, more information needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

More information needed about your symptoms and previous health condition, such high blood pressure, any limbs weakness or tingling, vision problems during the episode of memory impairment.

However, most likely it was a transient ischemic attack, and there's need to consult your Neurologist to be evaluated further about your condition.

If these symptoms repeat, you need to go to your local emergency room (ER).

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Temporary impairment of brain blood supply.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

I explained it in the first question, TIA stands for transient ischemic attack, and refers to temporary impairment of brain blood supply that causes reversible neurologic symptoms.

Most cases of TIA are related to occlusion of brain arteries by emboli or atherosclerotic plaques.

Cardiac and neurologic work up needed to diagnose properly this condition.

Hope I helped you.

Best regards.
