What Causes Short Naps In Infants?

Question: Hello, XXXXXXX is not sleeping properly from the past 3-4 days. He is not able to sleep on his own and sleeps while cuddling, but he most often gets up in 30 mins. This is happening both day and night. Please help and suggest what could be reason

I dont think its a problem. Generally 4-6 months old babies try to learn lots of things, they enjoy exploring. Thus may sleep a bit less than what was doing few months back.

Beside this there can be many problems like stomachaches to nasal blockage. So let me know if there are any other symptoms.

Give him nasoclear nasal drop to clear the blockage. You can give this drops whenever you feel there is blockage, there is no side effect. Give him maxtra drop 0.5 ml three times daily if he has nsal symptoms, and colicaid drop 0.5ml if there is abdominal distension.
