What Causes Shiny White Patch On Penis Head?
Question: I found a white patch that is slightly shiny on the head of my penis, should I be concerned or is this normal?
Today I noticed a small white patch (4-5 mm maybe) on the tip of my penis which seems to be slightly shiny. It is not raised, it is not inflamed and there is no irritation or itchiness but I don't remember noticing it before. I have recently been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV which all came back negative (1 week after last partner, 2 partners in the last 6 months). I have no other symptoms as far as I know.
However, three weeks ago I did find a wart on the shaft of my penis courtesy of my ex girlfriend which has been treated and since than have been paranoid about any unusual mark.
Could this be the beginning of another wart, or is this just normal skin color variation or some other gland, or something more sinister? As of now it doesn't appear to be a wart and is more evident in real life than in the picture.
In the picture it is on the left side close to the middle.

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image though it is not very good quality. It does'nt look like a wart to me and I don't think it is anything unusual.
It seems to have normal skin markings and may be is just a slightly thicker skin in that area. I would rule it out as normal.
May be you can upload another Image of good quality, so that i can have another look.
