Brief Answer:
STD should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Penis pain and urine leakage could be related first to sexually transmitted diseases and prostatitis.

Another cause of your symptoms may be urethral or bladder polyps.

Urine test is needed as a initial screening.

If there is no genitourinary infection, other tests are needed to diagnose your problem correctly and these include genitourinary tract ultrasound, transrectal prostate massage, uretrocystoscopy.

I suggest you to discuss with your primary care Doctor your concerns and above mentioned possibilities.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Brief Answer:
You could wait.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for asking back.

I don't think your condition presents an emergency, but if your symptoms will persist after a couple of days, medical evaluation is needed.

Urinary tract infections can be transmitted by contact with infected objects too, besides unprotected sexual activity (public toilets for example).

Wishing you good health.

hi a doctor here in switzerland has recommended i drink Bärentraubentee (its a herbal tea) it is used for urinary tract infections. also just to update you, the pain in my penis has lessened and only really hurts when i pee. however i was just talking to my girlfriend and i got an erection. i thought everything felt fine until i managed to touch the middle underside of my penis, i felt immense pain in this area.

Brief Answer:
Probably urethritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
I'm glad to hear you feel a little bit better.

This is a sign that you will improve shortly.

Several natural products, including tea, help in keeping clean urinary tract by fighting microorganisms, dissolving microcalcules, increasing urine output etc.
so you can continue using herbal tea.

Uretra passes underside and in the middle of penis, so probably your problem is urethritis.

Since you feel improvement, you can wait a couple of days before to be checked for.

Hope things will get better soon.
Best regards.
