What Causes Sharp Pain While Ejaculation And Pain In Testicles?

Question: This last days im trying to masturbate, but for some reason, i'm having pain or sharp pain while ejeculating(not before or after), right when ejeculating and the feeling when i masturbate is different, looks like there is something blocking but its the same sperma quantity, but i can't explain. On urination , i'm feeling the blockage and i cant pee fast and if i do it(if im laughting for example), it hurts, because the "blockage" sensation or the another thing. I'm the the gym taking whey protein and starting taking creatine(yesterday) and im drinking about 4,5l water from bottle everyday. Another thing is some light pain on testicles, i can handle it, but sometimes is the left, sometimes is the right.

after some days i wake up ejeculating since i have some swet dream and i didn't ejeculate for weeks with pain during and after ejeculation when i wake up. And i have some pain on testicles(more on right) more when im sitting. And im having pain too on legs(quads) and calves, when i toutch it it hurts a bit, and the part of legs around the testicles.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Epidiymitis with or without prostatitis. Urine routine examination , semen examination and digital prostate examination by urologist should be done to rule out this. In case of infection antibiotics will be helpful to clear this. Antibiotics like Doxycycline or Ofloxacin are given for this. Give proper scortal support by wearing proper underwear. Avoid masturbation for 2 week.

You are very young and not in any risk group for prostate cancer. So no need to worry on that side. Your present condition is most likely due to infection or inflammation which will subside on taking antibiotics and NSAIDs.

I went to Family doctor first, and they recommended me ciprofloxacin, which im take first pill today.
