Brief Answer:
Please provide some specific information. Howe long have this been?

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM: Please let us know how long has this been going on for. Is there any rash or skin changes to this area? Does he have muscle aches, and did he get the flu shot end of last year sometime? If this has been less than 7 days or so, I would watch it for now, now if he has fever at least a tempt of 101 deg F, then I would be alarmed. For now, if he has muscle and joint aches, this might be what we all call the Flu. I hope this helps. Make sure he keeps hydrated and eats.
