What Causes Sharp Pain In Wrist When I Twist It?

Question: Hi, when I flex my arm as if I were doing curles, and if I were to twist my wrist to the outside I have sharp pain. If I twist my wrist to the inside while flexing my arm the pain goes away. This is the same on both XXXXXXX Also if I make a strong fist and twist to the out side I have pain. The pain apeared to have started after lifting heavy objects about 2 months ago.

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having extensor carpi ulnaris muscle tendinitis. In this condition there is accumulation of fluid in the tendon sheath of wrist.This is usually caused any have weight lifting or exercises. I would suggest you following.
1.Hot water fomentation.
2.Tablet Etoricoxib 90 mg one tablet daily.
3.Brugel local application.
4.Compression bandage.
