Brief Answer:
Muscle spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information:
Since when have you got this pain?
Any history of sudden or jerky movement, fall, trauma or any such instigating factors ?
Any history of constipation, coughing or sneezing?
Any radiation of pain to any other area?
Any bowel or bladder related symptoms?
Id the pain near the center of the body near spine?

The most likely cause is muscle spasm or edema at the site of pain.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take an anti-inflammatory medication with painkiller property like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
You may please apply local rubefacient liniment that gives local warmth and relaxation from spasm and pain.
Take strict bed rest in a position that gives the least or no pain.
Take a laxative if there is history of constipation.

Awaiting for your feedback to assist you further.
