Brief Answer:
Can be perotinitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your symptoms and i appreciate your concern.

My first advice is go to hospital or emergency room as soon as possible and get a ultrasound abdomen done asap.A 9 plus level of pain post gallbladder stone removal can be suggestive of severe perotinitis..Peritonitis is an inflammation of the peritoneum, the tissue that lines the inner wall of the abdomen and covers and supports most of your abdominal organs. Peritonitis is usually caused by infection from bacteria. The most serious possible complications can be Infection of an incision or Internal bleeding. However, bile fluid can occasionally leak out into the abdomen after the gallbladder is removed. Immidiate antibiotic therapy has to be started in case of perotinitis along with fluid resucitation.

This is something serious and i would suggest you to go to nearest emergency room asap.
Test suggested are-
Ultrasound abdomen(to rule out bleed or inflammatyion).
Serum procalcitonin(To rule out inflammation and infection).
Blood routine and microscopy test(to rule out infection).
Total and differential leucocyte counts.
Serum lipase and amylase to rule out pancreas involvement.
Follow up with reports.

Thanks.

I am disabled and unable to drive I don't even have a car or the ability to obtain one. I hate calling the ambulance for something like this I just think it is overkill and unnecessary. so I will see how it goes through the night and then in the morning decide what to do I can call in I believe to my doctor emergency line and ask her.
my predicament involves a condition I was diagnosed with in 1994 called reflex sympathetic dystrophy so I take different medications to help me with the pain so when the pain breaks through would my pain medication that's when I get a little worried and why I felt a consultation would help to ease my mind I thank you for your advice and time and will follow up with my doctor thank you again have a good evening.
