Brief Answer:
Likely to be gastric pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The cause of pain is most likely to be due to Gastric problem especially if the pain is located below the rib case and is associated with burning pain.

I would require additional information about your symptoms for me to be able to assist you further
1. Where is the exact location of pain
2. Do you have burning pain?
3. Is it associated with belching and sour hiccups?
4. Is there associated nausea/vomiting?
5. What relieves the pain? As you said pain is only during 2 to 5 , what do u do to relieve the pain? Usually gastric pain will be relived by eating or drinking (water /milk)

Do get back to me with the details.

Take care

Best Regards

Brief Answer:
Likely to be gastric pain

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The pain is likely to be due to Gastric pain, typical of Duodenal ulcer which usually awakens an individual from sleep. It is unlikely to be cardiac pain in view of your young age and non exertional pain.
I would advise you the following which will provide the much needed relief

1. Regular Meals: Streamline and regularize your eating schedule. Avoid sleeping immediately after meals. Avoid Spicy/oily foods.
2. Avoid carbonated/caffeinated beverages especially at night
3. Tablet Pantoprozole 40 mg twice a day for 15 days will provide much needed relief.
4. Syrup Gelusil MPS 5 ml at bedtime

Do keep me updated about your progress

Take Care
Best Regards
Dr Deepak
