Brief Answer:
Both conditions are not related

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.

I have studied your case.Pain in top joint is usually due to arthritis of DIP joint. This is common above 50 years of age. And it is common if patient has deficiency of vitamin D and calcium in body. This is also common if you are also having knee arthritis.
In this condition there is following treatment.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet Brufen for pain relief.
3.There is role of steroid injection if pain is very severe.

Blood vessels problem is due to vitamin C and collagen deficiency and finger pain is not related to this.

I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
