Brief Answer:
Probably Sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
I have gone through it and understand your concern.

I think you are suffering from Sinusitis. Flight could have been a triggering factor.
But don't worry. It is not a big issue. It's a simple , treatable condition.
You need to take Over the counter antihistaminics like Tab CETRIZINE 5mg once daily during night.
You might also need a course of broad spectrum antibiotics like Azithromycin.

Just Amoxicillin may not be effective as many strains of bacteria are resistent to it. It should be combined with Clavulanic acid (Combination available as Tab Augmentin) ..

Flonase contains Fluticasone which is a steroid. It is not advisable to use it unless there is a strong indication. You should stop it if there is no indication.

I would suggest you to consult your ENT specialist for detailed examination and for prescriptions.

Hope this helps.

Take care, Bye.
