Brief Answer:
Please consult your doctor as soon as posisble.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by diverticulitis of the sigmoid colon or bladder infection.
With diverticulitis you may also have loose stools and blood in stools. Nausea can appear.

Urinary tract issues can give also back pain, frequent urinating, burning while urinating. As you have diabetes, infection is quite possible.

I suggest you to do not wait with it. Please consult your doctor today. Blood work, abdominal ultrasound and urine analysis should be done.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
