Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation to rule out serious condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for asking HealthCareMagic .
I have gone through your question and i understand .

You need to have a fulll evaluation as soon as you can by your local doctor to rule out any surgery complications (infection ,loss of intestinal movements.. If you allready have had a surgery ),check your pancreas(pancreatitis) ,kidneys ,gallablabder ,stomach (gastritis)..

After ruling out possible serious could be due to constipation and gastritis.

A physical examination ,blood test and if neccesary X-ray should be done.
Meanwhile don't take any painkillers(ibuprofen) cause will damage the stomach more, drink planty of water while you wait to go to the hospital.

Wish you good health.
Take Care!
