What Causes Severe Vaginal Itching And Irritation?
Question: i have a question i was tested for gonnorhea/chlamdya and hiv and trich and NEG on all
i was having some slight itching in urethra and a slight disconfort in urethra after peeing.. i have had protstatitis in the past.. doctor gave me doxy for 2 weeks... im about 10 days in and feel fine... yesterday i decided to not take it jsut to see if iwas ok and i had a slight itch in the evening... im going to finish it now obviously but what could be causing this? and why not resovled after 10 days of taking it twice a day??

I understand your concern and situation.
As per history it appears you have developed some fungal infection. These are usually due to hygienic conditions. I would suggest you to get urine testing done for fungal elements and fungal and bacterial culture sensitivity. Fluconazole single dose or in pulse therapy for month usually is curative. You can topically apply triple action. Maintain hygiene and practice hand washing.
