Here are some

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for posting your question.
I have gone through your concern and I understand.
You need to do a full examination by a local doctor and some blood test to confirm the diagnosis, I will write the conditions that may cause you all these symptoms.:
All the symptoms shows for a nerve damage or vascular problems but more specific information and examination are necessary to put the right diagnosis.
The tingling in the hands and feet could be caused by a peripheral neuropathy (damage nerves).
The tingles and numbnes in the hands could be also related to your spinal cord ,if you have numbness , tingling or weakness of your arm or shoulder.
The calf burning or aching could be related to peripheral neuropathy or vascular .If the pain is more after you walk and if You have varicose vains could be due to varicose vain more .
The tingling in tha hands and feet you have it all the time or in a certain position or movement the symptoms start or get worse ?( in this cas the nerve danage suggest a pinched nerve)
You did not mentioned the reason why you put crrvical plate and how long ago?
-Do you have any other disease that you did not mentioned :diabetes , hypertension .., kidney problems ,any trauma ..these all may be the cause of your symptoms.
Do you use alcohol ..
-Do you take any medication and you think that may cause the symptoms.
-Usually the vitamine deficiency may cause nerve damage (vit b12,)and this needs to be rule out by doing a blood test to check the vitamins levels .

According to the result of the examinations (neurologic and vascular examinations , x-Ray,blood test ,) you will start the proper treatment(Gabapentin, vitamins , surgery. .)
Try to take some painkillers :Ibuprofen

Hope you find all this helpful.
Let me know if you have any furtherclarifications, I will be happy to help.
