Question: Hi,
I feel heavy stomach pain suddenly from middle to sides, and loose motion greasy.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be from a bacterial or parasitic cause from the food or fluids you had.
Applying hot water bags on abdomen will be helpful to relieve pain. You can take black tea with lemon , ginger ,salt and sugar. Take fluids according to lose. Tender coconut water or ORS can be taken also. Taking spasmolytics like Cyclopam (dicyclomine + paracetamol) also helps. Usually it will be self limiting within 1 or two days.
If there is no improvement then stool routine examination should be done and antibiotics will be needed in case of positive infection.
