Brief Answer:
Need to rule out bony disease, nerve compression, Fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Do your have any increased sensation of heart beating or palpitations?

Do you have shortness of breath?

Pain radiating from the middle back to the jaws could be due to muscle strain due to unusual posture or heart condition. Also Fibromyalgia needs to be ruled out.

I advise you to apply hot packs to the painful regions. Adopt straight posture lying on your back while sleeping. Hot can spray Volition Medicine on your back for relief. Take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.

Eat healthy. Drink plenty of water. Continue doing bank stretching exercises. Also do straight leg raising exercises. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights.

Do get an Xray of the Thoracic spine and upload for my reference. Do get Physiotherapy in the form of Short wave diathermy (SWD) or Ultrasound therapy for the tight muscles between your shoulder blades.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
