What causes severe shaky, lightheadedness and loss of balance while exercising?

I am so sorry to hear about this feeling that you have reported. You must start exercising gradually to build your stamina. If you fail to do so and get into intense activities, then these symptoms are typical of an untrained person. If you had been previously fit and this happen just out of a sudden, then I will say get your blood checked for possible anemia. If you recently started these exercises and feeling this way, then you have to decrease the intensity and build up your resistance over time through consistency and gradual increase in intensity.

I have reviewed the results as well and there is nothing of concern at this time. I will however second what your doctor has said by recommending you see a cardiologist. At this time, an EKG and probably at rest as well as during exercise would be very helpful to make the difference.
