What Causes Severe Penis Pain During Masturbation?
Question: I'm 27 yrs male, lately I have been masturbating a lot aggressively and experienced some pain in the penis head and later I developed abrasion like in the penis head I. Mean when I wash I could see small dirt like particles it was slightly smelly too.. I continued masturbation still aggressively with pain.and one morning when I wake I could fee a pain in upper part of left testicle particularly when I bend down. Or sit down.. am really worried too much. And planning of getting married next year .am going to consult a urologist tomorrow as today is Sunday . Pls tell me nothing wrong with me

Hi doctor I have uploaded photo pls check it and let me know your thoughts. Btw I have seen a urologist. He examined my penis and said it happens due to infection. I asked him why pain in the abdomen and upper testicle region he said it could have spread from genitals to abdomen or upper testicle. I asked him is there anything to worry about he said no and gave me zanocin 200mg and drotin ds both morning and night after food for three days.. please let me ur thoughts am beginning to worry

hi doctor after taking zanocin 200 mg and drotin ds for three days. I visited the doctor again, during the medication the infection was ok but still it was there. so after taking it for three days I told him that the pain in the lower abdomen is gone however the infection is not. he examined my penis head and straightaway he told this could be due to some reaction and it is ballantitis sorry spelling might be wrong. he asked me to take blood sugar levels and he gave two tests .. he said this could also be due to diabetes and diabetes shows up differently in different persons. and I also told him that I couldnt move my foreskin freely when I m erect.even when I m not erect if pull it back fully it's not retracting easily. what I feel is this may be due to swelling of penis which makes the movement of the foreskin .
I searched about this ballantitis in google all the symptoms exactly matches with mine....now my question is how it is related to diabetes ?.. hi doctor , after five days of azithral 500 it looked better. on Saturday was the fifth day so I masturbated to see if I m ok.. there was slight burning and penis turned pale white especially on the circular edge of the penis.. I ll attach the photo here.. how long it ll take to heal.. I called the hospital for checking my report they said my sugar level are normal... do you suspect anything here.. I have been with women before but I always used condomn.... I have received and given oral.. please let me know ur thoughts..
