Question: what could be the reason of my upper leg severe pain? I am going through a diverticulis attach which seems to be slowly getting better could this be connected to this intense leg pain

investigation like CBC and ultrasound will help you.
Another possibility of lumbar disc bulge leading to severe thigh pain.
