Brief Answer:
Hip joint arthritis or aseptic necrosis of head of thigh bone - to rule out

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Hip joint arthritis or aseptic necrosis of head of thigh bone should be ruled out. X ray examination of bilateral hip joint will be helpful to rule out this. For sciatica the pain will be extending from lower back and run towards the whole leg. Lying down and bending legs straight will be also painful in case of sciatica. If you have such symptoms then a physical examination by orthopedician will be helpful to get clue and a MRI of lumbosacral spine will be helpful to rule out this. In case of Hip joint arthritis late stage or aseptic necrosis of head of thigh bone arthroplasty might be needed.A consultation with orthopedician is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
