Brief Answer:
Yes you can start the course

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Urinary infections treat themselves are go off spontaneously most time. If there is pressing symptoms then doctors prescribe antibiotics like in your case.
Urinary infections if untreated can be recurrent which had happened with you. If your doctor had rightly diagnosed for UTI and prescribed this does you can take them now. But I suggest to use the entire course prescribed for 5 days.

I have spinal stenosis which is worsening rapidly. Pain on standing for more than 5-6 min. Extending into front of legs with chronic groin pain more pronounced on left. Poor bladder control. Some sexual dysfunction. Prior laminectomies at L-3,4. Orthopedic surgeon has ruled out hip arthritis. MRI shows impingement on left side at L-5. Have some concerns that this may be turning into CES!
