Question: My right side upper back side is hurting bad. I cannot move my arm and the pain shoots up to my neck and back. It's the back of my shoulder blades that hurts a lot and as I said the pain is shooting up into my neck and arms

+Heat application
+Rest
+Do not lift anything at all
+Sleep in a comfortable position
+Do not strain the muscle or your back or neck at all
+Continue to use pain management medications (e.g. ibuprofen), but avoid stronger medications as they do more harm than good
+You could try visiting an experienced chiropractor but this is completely your choice, as I am not sure about this suggestion as some chiropractors can do good, whereas many others can do a whole lot of harm
+Warm oil application with a mild massage can also help
