Brief Answer:
Sacroiliac joint arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Welcome to HCM.

Do you have pain while sitting in the floor or squatting?

Do you have pain in bending forward?

This appears to be inflammation of the Sacroiliac joint right side. This will also cause pain on squatting, cross leg sitting, bending forwards.

I advise you to avoid doing the same. Apply ice or hot packs to the painful regions, whichever gives you better relief.

Don't take Ibuprofen 400mg more than 5 days. Instead take Tablet Paracetamol or Acetaminophen with Tramadol combination twice a day for 10 days. It is safer than Ibuprofen for long term use.

Kindly get an X-ray of the lumbosacral spine(AP, Lat) as well as Pelvis with both hips(AP, Lat ) and upload them for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
