Brief Answer:
It can be thrombophlebitis of the forearm

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Most common cause of pain in forearm after ICU stay is due to injections in veins. This causes pain and swelling in forearm.
Other common cause can be muscle or nerve compression.
I would suggest you following.
1. It will be best if you can send me image of the forearm.
2. Thrombofobe ointment should be applied along with hot water fomentation.
3. Avoid doing any heavy work with that side.
4. Tablet Brufen 400 mg twice daily.
I hope theses will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
