What Causes Severe Pain In Chest Muscles, Sternum Area And Fever?
1) Complete Blood culture
2) ESR and CRP
3) HLA B27, RA FACTOR, POTASSIUM LEVELS, CPK, THYROID TEST, LFT, ENDOSCOPE
4) WHOLE BODY BONE SCAN, MRI SCAN, X RAYS.
ALL the tests shows favour results as the problem is becoming severe day by day. i strongly suspect an infection may present in the muscles especially high in the sternum muscles and rib muscles. i humbly requested some physicians to kindly open my chest for a direct view for the last hope to diagnose and to make biopsies of muscles. i also requested to make a muscle biopsy of rib muscles. but they said no need to do a muscle biopsy as the CPK test is i normal range.
what should i do except a suicide in this condition. i bet no human being is suffered like me in this globe. please help me
Your problem is actually rather simple
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone very carefully through your query. I hope that I understand the problem that you have. Incidentally your problem is not unique and numerous people across the globe suffer from it. Your problem seems to be due to gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux. Our gastrointestinal tract has a forward propulsive movement (peristalsis) that moves the food material forward as it is digested, absorbed and finally expelled as feces. If somehow this movement gets hampered, food along with the digestive juices would stagnate, stomach acid will reflux into the food pipe and cause the discomfort and pain behind the sternum. I do not think that you need to bother about the cracking sound when you take a deep breath. None of the tests done would actually help in diagnosing GERD and hence has not shown the path. A muscle biopsy, an array or tests or even a suicide would not really help.
In order to relieve yourself, you need to do the following:
* Avoid panic and stress.
* Avoid spicy food. Take small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps between meals.
* Avoid alcohol intake (if it a part of your habit).
* Take Prilosec (omerazole) once daily before breakfast.
* Take plenty of green leafy vegetables as well as other sources of dietary fibres. Take fibere supplements like isabgol/psyllium husk or senna. I would insist you to increase your dietary fibre intake.
* Regular morning walk and exercise to keep the bowel movements proper.
* If I had a patient like you I would perhaps have suggested Prodep 20 mg tablet once daily for at least 2 months (it may take time for the action to set in).
* I would insist you to take curd or yogurt on daily basis. It contains beneficial bacteria and should help.
Hope that helps.
Let me know if I could hep further.

But the above medications cant help me.
I am not suffering with GERD which u r guessing sir.
MY RIBS ARE MOVING FROM THEIR CONNECTED MUSCLES AND CREATING HIGH IRRITATION IN RIB MUSCLES. I SURELY SAID MY MUSCLES ARE INFECTED AND ARE NOT FUNCTIONING. EVEN WHEN I WALK RIBS ATTACHED TO THE STERNUM ARE MOVING TOO AND FRO. WHAT SHOULD I DO EXCEPT A MUSCLE BIOPSY EVEN CPK IS IN NORMAL RANGE. HOW TO DIAOGNISE THE INFECTION.
Testing for blood counts will help in excluding an infection.
Detailed Answer:
Firstly, the mentioned findings are not indicative of an infection. Unless a simple blood count shows raised white blood cell count, you can rest assured that you do not have an infection in the rib muscles or elsewhere.
Had the rib muscles not been working, you would have been unable to breathe. The very fact that you are alive indicates that the rib muscles are working fine.
It is normal for the chest to move and so does the sternum as well as the rib cage including the ribs and the muscles. Had something been abnormal, your doctor would have noticed.
