What Causes Severe Pain In Calf Muscles And Foot Post Delivery?

Question: M 29 years! It's been 16 months to my delivery and my calf muscles ache a lot and arche of foot! I took ubicar and calcium supplements but no use! I go gym! It has helped to some extent but the pain is so bad that m not able to concentrate on anythng!
