Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Left Abdominal Hot Pain with Gases / Under Evaluation

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
I read and reviewed facts of your health query.
Basically you have left abdominal sharp pain, which comes without notice / full of gas with thorasic pain for last 3 months.Any adhesive complications from Old C-section may cause such searing pain with gases .And partial glossectomy with no recurrence needs to be checked if its causing such complaints from any accompanied -Megaloblastic Anaemia- from long Vit B12 deficiency.
Based on facts of your query- following possibilities need to be ruled out-
a-GERD-Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease
which could be caused by accompanied silent Gall stones found on recent USG study.
Or it could be due to the IBS with C- Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation causing relux Gastritis with enterocolitis. This could be with accompanied Colitis/ diverticulitis / or Ca Colon / or Anal Fissure / or Anal Piles.
Searing hot pain does indicate the Gastric origin of the pain, but could be from accompanied Cardiac angina also.

Other possibilities need to be ruled out-
For this you need to Conult Physician-
Cardiac Angina -which is a possiblity considering your age-ECG /Holtzers stress Test would rule it out.
Second Opinion from GI Surgeon who would reasses your complaints by doing needful tests as follows and would treat it accordingly.
-EGD-Esophago Gastric Duodenoscopy
-Colonoscopy after doing proctoscopy from Surgeon and Consults from Surgeon to assess any peri-anal fissure in ano or un-noticed Internal Piles
-Stool Test for ova/ cyst - to rule out Giardiasis /Amoebiasis

Remedy-
Stop taking XXXXXXX Selzer regularly, as it increases the rebound acidity and thus causes recurrence.Only occassional use under doctors cover is to be considered.
Reduce on spicy / fried diet
Be on Bland diet
PPI like Tab Pantoprazole with Domperidone x 2-4 weeks
Tab -Ciplox with Metronidazole- to treat any accompanied -EnteroColitis.
Tab Imodium- 1 x 2 times per day.
Tab Zincovit - x 2 weeks would take care of Vitamin deficiency and would resolve this gastritis and anemia.
Iron therapy if needed would resolve the accompanied anaemia.
Second opinion from Cardiac Physician to rule out any accompanied Angina is suggested for your health solution.

Hope this would help you to resolve the left abdominal sharp pains which are mostly due to undiagnosed Gastritis with Acidity.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day !!
