Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Yes, it's quite disturbing to know that your suffering from so many problems at such young age..

First of all, I'd like to know about all the investigations done so far so please upload them at the reports section or alternatively you can email them to YYYY@YYYY by keeping the subject as ATTN: Dr Arnab and I'll get them..

The offensive smell can definitely be there if there's multiple kidney stones as urine gets obstructed and stagnant which harbor a source of infection too..

The joint pain , sweating , hair-fall all may or may not be related to this and need a proper thorough clinical check-up by a specialist, but all these symptoms are too vague to interpret any specific ailment, thus need a detailed examination and assessment..You've also mentioned that you visited a doctor, so please share the details of that too so things can get a bit more specific..

So please provide some more details, so that I can guide you more specifically..

Awaiting for your response..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised along with the following advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear, welcome back,
Thanks for following up,

I've reviewed the investigation report,

1. There is an element of Anemia which may be behind some of your symptoms i.e. sweating, hair fall etc. however it's not confirmatory, as there's a need for thorough work up as I've already explained in the previous answer..the cause of anemia must be investigated to provide appropriate management..

At your age group, it's mostly due to iron deficiency and/ nutritional, so a complete hemogram, reticulocyte count, peripheral blood smear with iron profile study is needed for this..

2. there is increased pus cell count in urine R.M, which can be there due to urinary tract infection (most common) however since there's history of kidney stones it can be due to them also(with or without infection).. there's a need to do urine culture and sensitivity in the first place to rule out any underlying UTI.. if infection is suspected, relevant antibiotic therapy is needed to be started..

At this point, you should get an appointment with an Internal Medicine Specialist (not Gynecologist as it's not relevant) who'll examine thoroughly (this is the most important phase now for any further evaluation) and co-relate your symptoms clinically as well as further investigations as I've already mentioned.. treatment and management will be done accordingly..

So please get checked up thoroughly, let me know how you stay in the due course..

Let me know if there's any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
