Brief Answer:
Kidney or spine can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you have any urinating problems like frequent urinating, burning while urinating?

Such symptoms are either from urinary tract or spine.

In case of urinary tract issues (including stones and infection), frequent urinating and burning while urinating appear. Some trace of blood in the urine can be present.

If its spine, the pain gets worse while moving, lifting something have. It should also get much better after hot bath and Ibuprofen.

I suggest you to consult your doctor, have urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound done at first. If no changes in this tests, consult orthopedist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
