Question: I have palpitations and tachycardia. I have had a catherization, stress test and wore a holter monitor for thirty days; everything came back normal.
Very shortly after eating my heart started beating fast, chest felt funny and my pulse felt irregular.
Can palpitations make your pulse feel irregular (quivering) without it being afib?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Since everything was normal what you are experiencing is related to palpitations.

Palpitations may be felt like you are having arrhythmia (quivering), even if you have a normal rhythm (on ecg and Holter monitoring).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
