What Causes Severe Headaches?

Question: My brain CT shows these findings. Is this the reason for my nasty headaches. Is it anything to worry about. My appointment with the neurologist is next month. I was hoping to get some answers for my intense headaches. The findings are: It shows Mild prominence of the extra axial spaces noted along the high left frontal convexity with slight mass effect upon the adjacent left frontal lobe and slight remodeling of the adjacent inner table of the frontal calvarium may represent small arachnoid cyst. Mulberry white matter differentiation is noted throughout the brain parenchyma.
