Brief Answer:
Increased intracranial pressure and migraine to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Migraine headaches may be related to nausea and vomiting, but don't last more than a couple of days.

Other symptoms such headaches localized in one side of the head, irritability by sounds, noises and light point towards migraine headaches.

In my opinion, another condition that needs to be considered in your case is idiopathic increased intracranial pressure.

As a first step in understanding correctly your condition, I recommend to consult with a Neurologist and having done a neurological examination.

Fundoscopic examination also helps in confirming/excluding increased intracranial pressure.

Treatment ways should be clear after a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
