Question: I had a c spine injection and have experienced extreme fatigue. Is this normal?

No it is not normal.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It is not common to experience fatigue after a spinal injection (I presume it was an epidural steroid injection). There is no reason to for the injection to cause that side effect either, I do not think it is directly related. I am assuming you mean general fatigue, not difficulty in moving your limbs, a paralysis, or numbness below the level of the injection.
So it should be looked for other explanations, check your vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, temperature for abnormalities to explain the fatigue, like low blood pressure, low heart rate (but steroids normally would increase them) or infection. Stay well hydrated.
