Brief Answer:
Chronic otitis media

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
The ear discharge is due to middle ear infection and perforation in the drum. The tingling sensation can be due to this or an associated infection involving nerves possibly herpes. Please send me the pictures of your ear and neck so that I can see if any lesions are there.
Keep the ear dry and plug it with cotton plug while taking a bath.
Also tell me what medicines have u been taking so far?
Follow up with the required information so that I can prescribe you accordingly.
Thanks and regards
