Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Dizziness at this age can be a presentation of stroke, post viral vestibulitis or vestibular neuronitis, presyncopal symptoms or drug induced.

Provide more details.
1) Duration of dizziness
2) associated with earache, ear discharge, hearing loss
3) Any walking difficulties, chewing or swallowing difficulty, nasal regurgitation, change in speech
4) Any history of similar episodes
5) Any weakness of limbs, sensory loss or urinary complains
6) History of diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia
7) Any drug intake
8) Any blood pressure measurement

For now you can take rest, sleep and intake plenty of Fluids. Anti vertigo medication like promethazine or Cinnarizine can be taken.
