Brief Answer:
Unlikely Boot Related/Few ideas as to what can cause your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Unfortunately, I'd have to hear more details about your broken foot to give you a solid answer. As it stands, wearing a boot in and of itself won't cause the passing out, however it may be factors associated with the boot (broken foot, medications used to treat them, anemia, improper hydration) which could have caused such things. I must ask, are you taking any other medications to alleviate your pain apart from the Panadol? Are there other symptoms apart from the dizziness that you've experienced? Was there any blood loss involved in what caused the broken foot, and when exactly was the foot broken? Also have you ever experienced these symptoms before or do you have any history of any cardiac and or cholesterol conditions?

Regardless of any of these questions, I suggest you adequately hydrate, and make sure you eat healthy proteins with as many nutrients as possible to speed up the healing process. I wish you the best, and am here for any other follow up questions you may hasve.

Brief Answer:
Follow Up

Detailed Answer:
It could be the medication, or there could be something non-related to your foot, brought about by the stress of the injury, such as a cardiac condition. You could also be suffering from a Virus. Viruses are predisposed to effecting people after periods of stress as well. They can explain all the symptoms you are feeling. I would suggest a more official workup by a physician with blood readings (CBC and BMP) to determine if you have any infections, anemia, and or altered enzymes in your bloodstream which may indicate organ damage or dysfunction. Nonetheless I think its best you catch your rest and drink alot of water in the meantime.
