Brief Answer:
It's normal if child feeding well

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

A one month old baby may pass stool 6 times per day, this is a normal thing.

The stools should not be watery and child should be breastfeeding well.

In my opinion, you should give enterogermina ampule once a day for 3 days, this will improve gut immunity. There is no need to give antibiotic.

Stop other things like ghutti, gripe water etc. Till 6 months only breastfeeding is done.

If child is not feeding well or watery stools are persisting, then you should take the child to doctor for examination.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
If persists then get examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

Slight watery is normal but if it's persistent then an examination is mandatory.

Start enterogermina ampule, if no improvement then please get the child examined, child might need antibiotics.

Take care.
