What Causes Severe Depression, Memory Loss, Weight Loss When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

Question: i am 26 year old female 5/3 and 114 pounds.... I have been diagonosed with epilepsy in the past two months and was started on zonegran....prior to this i was diagnosed with PCOS and fybromyalgia bordering lupus.... I have been experiencing severe depression, memory loss, weight loss, horrible rashes and pain. Recently I found bruises covering my legs and my urine and stool had blood. the er results showed out of normal range levels for Hyaline casts, platelet levels, squamous epithileal, leukoycyte, white blood cells and protein. The past two days severe pain below my left ribs and i cannot drink water because it tastes bitter and terrible... My gyno has suggested a kidney issue while others have suggested SLE .....My eeg and MRI's have always been clear...Please let me know your thoughts.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that this all seems like lupus activity but I would like to see all your reports before making final comment about it . Although you have mentioned regarding lupus but please send me the autoantibody profile , its necessary for me to see that . Please send all those and then I will tell you how to proceed about this .
