Brief Answer:
Get a neurological examination and investigations as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The painful twisting and cramping in lower limbs may be due to vitamin D def, neuropathy or radiculopathy with associated back pain.
Is there any back pain, weakness, wasting of lower limbs, sensory loss, features in upper limb, urinary complains.
You need detailed neurological examination and investigations like vitamin D3, vitamin B12, thyroid profile, blood sugar, Calcium and phosphate levels, Iron profile and haemoglobin. Nerve conduction studies may also be required.
A possibility of restless leg syndrome can also be there if all investigations are normal(except iron profile and hemoglobin).
For treatment you can start calcium with vitamin D3 supplements along with vitamin B12.
Gabapentin dose may be increased if required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Get a consultation and examination from a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through all your previous questions and profile.
I can get a picture of joint involvement with abdominal complains and now nerve involvement. All this can be linked to some immune mediated disease like crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
Other possibility of vitamin deficiency requires investigations as enumerated previously.
Neurological examination is required for proper evaluation.
Take supplements as advised and attach reports when available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Great. Once again thank you very much, This website is phenominal! Here in Canada it takes weeks to get an appointment so rest assured when I see my family doctor I am going to give him your answers and let him take you advice. By the way ; I have had a second stent put in my pancreas and the results were truly incredible. From my bowel resection I now have many adhesions /scar tissue in my bowel in the area by my navel so stool sometimes gets caught and even though I have a bowel movement everyday, it starts to build up and after 3-4 weeks I end up with excruciating pain and have to take Lactilose and Dulcolax for two days to clean me out top and bottom. I suffer but I am seeing my General Surgeon in December to see what can be done. My depression knocked me down in July and I was started on Pristiq. In conjuction with that I lost my appetite totally and have lost 40 lbs. I am in the best physical shape I have been in 30 years.
I am now eating again but have lost my taste for many foods so I can maintain my weight or even drop a few more pounds.
I was tested for gluten tolerance, Chrons disease, Celiac disease, cancer etc etc and everything was okay. I am convinced that I need those vitamins you mentioned. I have not had an attack of diverticulitis in months.
Hopefully, this cramping problem will also rectify itself.

Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In view of your intestinal and pancreatic problems I will advice you to get tested for vitamin D3, vitamin B12 and iron profile.
You should start supplementation if any of the above is abnormally low.
