It has been happening over the last three weeks.
No Nuasea that I'm aware of. No Vomiting. Unaware of bloating. Some loose stools including today.
No Urinary complaints.
Visible welling appears to occur to inside edge or side of right thigh, previously it could be suppressed with hand pressure when it appeared to disappear into the thigh area.

Brief Answer:
Looks to be hernia as per the description.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
This appears to be a hernia as per your additional history as there is a swelling that could be reduced.
This may be an inguinal or femoral hernia.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination, investigations as required and follow his advise.

I hope this answer helps in an early proper diagnosis and get a proper plan of management.

For 2 wks I have a suspected femoral hernia (very low). Groin tenderness is worse in evenings - as I have yet to be seen by a specialist - long bank holiday - I'm anxious about incarceration. Just passed black, loose stools - should I be concerned about this?

I had a femoral hernia operation about 10 days ago, 2 days ago I noticed swelling just bellow my incusion. It looks like another hernia. I have no pain or discomfort in this area and do not have a fever. I live in Cambodia, where I received the opperation and am worried something went wrong during surgery. It is very hard to get info from the doctors here and I would like to know what would cause this swelling and is it normal.

Went to doctor & a surgeon . Both thought may have small inguinal hernia or something pulled in groin. Done an ultra sound & showed nothing. So we decided to put off surgery because there was also no pain or bulging. For past 2 days my stomach has been rumbling, gassy,& had several bowel movements & this morning noticed small amount of bright red blood in stool. Would like to get some opinions.
