Brief Answer:
A proper diagnostic work up is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. A proper diagnostic work up is necessary to rule out the cause of your problem. Blood routine examination should be done to rule out anaemia and signs of any inflammatory process running in the body.

Is your periods regular?
Thyroid profile test should be done to rule out hypothyroidism also.
If all these are with out problems then your problem can be due to migraine and a consultation with neurologist is well appreciated in such case.
Taking prophylactic medications for long term will help in such case.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Please upload your test reports if possible.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Please upload your test reports and picture of spots if possible. GP won't be enough to deal with your problems. You need to consult an internal medicine specialist to have a proper diagnostic work up.

Is there any itching or redness associated with the spots?
Whether the spots stay permanently or it comes and goes?
Is there any provoking factors like bathing in cold or hot water etc to get the spots?
Do you have any gastritis symptoms like abdominal pain , constipation etc?

Please update with above informations.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Fms (fibromyalgia) is a last diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Fms (fibromyalgia) is a last diagnosis. If all other possibilities are ruled out then it can be fibromyalgia. A consultation with your internal medicine specialist should be done to rule out other conditions and for diagnosing this.
Antiseizure medicines like pregabalin or antidepressants like duloxetine is helpful for fibromyalgia.
Congnitive behavioral therapy by psychologist also helps.
Cardiovascular exercises with resistance training is also god for this.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
