Brief Answer:
It is normal to have pain for a few weeks after a surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
A hysterectomy does deal with the area involving the nerves of the lower back.
It is possible that they may have been handled during the surgery.
Give yourself some time.
It is normal to have pain and spasm for a few weeks following a major surgery.
May I know the indication for the surgery at 29 years of age ?
Please contact your doctor and take painkillers.
Also, a hot water bottle to bed.
It is important to have a follow up visit to confirm that everything is okay.
THat should involve an internal exam and an ultrasound scan.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
